Individual
Psychotherapy

One person, one request, one framework built around it. The work starts from the clinical assessment of the first meeting — not from a ready-made protocol.

Individual sessions: one person, one request, one framework built around it.

What they all have in common

Whether the request is anxiety, self-esteem, intrusive thoughts or a traumatic event, the process starts in the same place: a clinical assessment in the first meeting, where we take a history and look together at what is keeping the difficulty alive.

The main tool is the cognitive behavioural approach: mapping the situations that trigger the symptom, identifying the thoughts that feed it, graded exposure where needed, regulation techniques and small, measurable experiments in everyday life.

Alongside it come elements of emotionally focused therapy, because a symptom is rarely just a bad thinking habit: underneath it there is usually a fear that has never been said out loud. Once that is heard, the tools stop feeling like homework.

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the practice in central Thessaloniki or online, in Greek or in English.

In crisis? Psychotherapy is not an emergency service. If you are thinking of harming yourself or someone else, do not wait for an appointment: call 1018 (Suicide Intervention Line, 24/7), 10306 (Psychological Support Line) or 112.
